Job description

Position Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and shipments and to oversee and facilitate the Supply chain operations ensuring assets and documentations are maintained effectively across KSA.

Responsibilities:

Ensure shipping documents verification & confirmation to suppliers

Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations

Monitor customs requests and follow up for custom cheques - Raising Customs requests

Raising payment requests and customs requests (customs duty, ex works &freight)

Maintaining trackers like shipment, tracker, PMT tracker, customs clearance tracker and follow up with accounts for settlements to concerned parties.

Requesting quotations from couriers and arranging shipment pickups

Export shipments & necessary documentations

GRR (fashion warehouse / service center)

Maintaining Product receipt in AX (service center, Fashion Warehouse)

Repair shipments export and import of repair and return (service center) and airway bill requests

Repair shipment verifications / bayans / approving invoices after repair

Coordinating courier shipments

Proactive follow-up with suppliers for all shipments in the pipeline

Preparing invoices, packing lists and related shipping documents for getting customs approval for imports and exports

Opening of Job files per shipment (NEW KPI)

Qualifications and Requirements:

A pleasant, professional and positive attitude

Reasonable knowledge of logistics in retail business and shipping documentation

Ability to multitask, Proficiency in Microsoft office especially MS word and Excel

Graduate in commerce, business management or science (statistics)

A minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role
