Logistics and Training Manager-00128596
Location: Dhahran

Job Purpose

The Logistics and Training Manager will provide daily advice and practical assistance to the Logistics wing commander and deputies. They will support sections within Supply, Munitions, and Training, interacting with RSAF and supply chain partners. The role involves advising on provisioning, order management, forecasting, obsolescence mitigation, RSAF procedures for munitions storage, licensing, transportation, maintenance, and future capabilities. The manager will represent RSAF in review meetings, analyze supply chain issues, monitor fleet MICAP status, and serve as a reliable information source for supply, munitions, and training topics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent, or EASA Category B/C Licensed Engineer with military training.
  • 10 years aircraft maintenance experience with formal training.
  • At least 5 years in aircraft maintenance training.
  • 7+ years in relevant management roles with leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, human factors, and competency frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 9110 standards.
  • Former senior RSAF officer, preferably with RSAF officer staff training.
  • Experience with procurement, budgeting, and training systems, especially OJT.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management of multiple programs.
  • Understanding of platform/munitions lifecycle, availability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Leadership and personnel management experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of RSAF technical procedures and regulatory framework.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be a former RSAF senior officer to maintain Saudisation levels.
