Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC), a global business unit within Care Enablement, plays a key role in this mission. Operating 39 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the efficient production and reliable delivery of renal and multi-organ therapy products in around 150 countries. Our teams manage the entire supply chain—from manufacturing to distribution—providing critical solutions for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute therapies. Goal of function: This role provides administrative and customer service support following established procedures. It involves handling routine inquiries and information exchange within the department, as well as engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders like clients or agents. The position requires clear communication, occasional interpretation of guidelines, and problem-solving within set frameworks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily planning tools, monitor stock levels, and manage all material stock activities to ensure availability and accuracy
  • Track stock movement based on sales forecasts and arrange timely transfers to 3PL locations.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues by improving methods and processes within standard procedures
  • Work closely with invoicing, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate information flow and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate clearance processes and ensure accurate, timely documentation is shared internally and externally
  • Prepare, track, file, and distribute all paperwork related to clearance, agents’ transactions, and stock levels
  • Monitor and control warehouse operations to ensure performance, productivity, and compliance with company standards
  • Support warehouse and distribution activities collaboratively across divisions and participate actively in team meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key customers, ensuring satisfaction through timely deliveries and clear communication
  • Coordinate with division heads to align warehouse operations with sales, purchasing, and record-keeping functions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, institutional, and partner regulations
  • Plan and manage departmental activities within agreed budgets and timelines

Your Profile:

  • Contribute actively to business development in line with the company vision
  • Hold a Pharmaceutical degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in warehouse management and MOH certification are required
  • Strong awareness of governmental regulations and certifications
  • Knowledgeable of SFDA regulations to ensure full compliance and uphold industry standards
