KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Strategic Objectives & Reporting:
- Translate the Saudization strategy into a detailed, actionable plan with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Regularly monitor progress against strategic objectives and provide in-depth quarterly updates in PowerPoint format.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals while remaining agile to adapt to evolving regulations (Nitaqat, HRDF, etc.) and internal feedback.
Candidate Attraction & Recruitment:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local universities, technical institutes, governmental training bodies, and community organizations to access top Saudi talent.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns for career fairs, university activations, and government collaboration programs (e.g., Tamheer, HRDF), ensuring high visibility among Saudi nationals.
- Oversee and facilitate every stage of the recruitment process, from candidate engagement to onboarding, ensuring seamless communication and commitment from all parties. This includes:
- Speaking with candidates to gauge interest, commitment, and capabilities
- Facilitating interviews and collecting feedback
- Coordinating document collection, medicals, start dates, onboarding tours, and day-one introductions
- Maintaining an updated Saudization candidate tracker for reporting and compliance
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to design and implement tailored training and development programs aimed at career progression and skills enhancement for Saudi employees.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with Saudi employees to identify challenges, development needs, and successes, proposing solutions in coordination with HR leadership and P&C partners.
- Ensure Saudi employees have a clear understanding of their roles, KPIs, and performance expectations through alignment with managers and HR support.
Cultural Integration & Branding:
- Lead planning and execution of KSA-centric initiatives such as Saudi National Day, Founding Day, and other cultural events to promote inclusion and national pride.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting the company’s Saudization efforts and achievements across internal and external platforms, including Viva Engage and LinkedIn.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison with Saudi government entities such as MHRSD, GOSI, HRDF, and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with nationalization regulations.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders to support Saudization goals and drive results.
