Job description

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the performance management framework by conducting detailed data analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the preparation of performance reports.

Corporate and departmental performance management and reporting to support data-driven decision-making

  • Collaborate with KPIs owners to gather performance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all inputs.
  • Conduct thorough validation of performance data to ensure its reliability before it is used in reports or analysis.
  • Ensure that performance data is presented in a clear, concise, and accurate manner for review by the Corporate Performance Lead and Senior Management.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the data collection system and performance dashboard.
  • Coordinate with IT and other concerned stakeholders to ensure the data collection system and dashboard are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of users.
  • Address any technical issues or user concerns related to the data collection system and dashboard in a timely manner.
  • Analyze collected data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for periodic performance review meetings with internal teams, committees, and the Board of Directors.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of performance management processes.
  • Support the implementation of corporate performance process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions on performance management tools, data analysis, and best practices.
  • Support strategic planning activities by contributing relevant performance data and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing materials for periodic performance review meetings with internal teams, committees, and BOD.
  • Capture the corrective action from the performance review meeting, ensure proper closure, and provide status updates to the corporate performance management Manager.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of KPIs results, supporting documents, corrective actions, and any other KPIs-related information.
  • Provide regular updates on task progress and address any challenges encountered.

Annual Scorecard development and alignment

  • Support in developing the departmental scorecard and N-1 aligned with the corporate strategy to ensure the effective execution of strategic objectives.

Department Operations Management

Perform any other related tasks as required by the department or as assigned by the Corporate Performance Manager.

Local Content

Support the set-up and development of the Local Content Department
