About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson as a Local Administrator in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will perform specific administrative activities to support our functional areas, especially when local representation is limited. Your work will ensure cross-functional efficiency within our local legal entity, adhering to local laws and regulations. You will also uphold our Code of Business Ethics (CoBE) and respond promptly to potential corruption risks.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct tax activities, including handling payments, withholding, petty cash, and coordinating with tax authorities.
  2. Manage travel and expense processes, streamline claims, assist employees, and prepare reports.
  3. Handle records retention tasks such as archiving, indexing, stakeholder coordination, and managing external archives.
  4. Oversee company card activities, including applications, reporting, and liaising with the bank.
  5. Coordinate people activities like benefits administration, entry/exit procedures, payroll, and training.
  6. Manage fleet activities, including vehicle registration and lifecycle management.
