Job Overview

We are seeking an LNG Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Gas Venture department.

The Gas Ventures Department focuses on sourcing and developing international gas value chain investments, including upstream, liquefaction, marketing, and regasification. It also manages these investments post-transaction, aiming to establish a viable, integrated global gas business by 2035.

Your primary role involves collaborating with the commercial business development team, leading contract negotiations and management for LNG sourcing contracts, coordinating with Aramco's LNG trading desk to optimize our LNG portfolio, and engaging with market participants to assess demand and negotiate sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originating, negotiating, finalizing, and managing LNG sales contracts.
  • Identifying potential buyers via personal networks, Aramco's client network, or market intelligence reports.
  • Assessing buyer counterparty risk through operational, financial, management, and governance due diligence.
  • Ensuring sales contracts comply with local and international regulations, including taxation and transport laws.
  • Monitoring and managing the LNG portfolio's supply-demand balance and developing commercial strategies.
  • Coordinating with teams responsible for supply contracts to meet international gas strategy needs.
  • Participating in Mergers & Acquisitions assessments relevant to LNG investments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering; an MBA or related postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in Gas Ventures, including 10 years in sales with a proven record of closing agreements.
  • Extensive international sales and supply origination experience in gas & LNG, with strong management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and with multidisciplinary teams.
