This role purpose is to handle and manage all cases to ensure that the completion of cases files, by studying the file and communicating with relative departments to collect the supported documents and evidence in order to deal and handle the case in all its stages, from the beginning of the case to its end to save the organization’s rights and run the business smoothly and easily.
Accountabilities
Accountable to handle and manage all cases received by the legal management by studying, identifying, and analyzing the case nature and collecting the supported & relevance documents, to register the case in the correct (court type, and location), and handle the cases until from the beginning until the end in order to protect the company.
Manage all cases that could be filed against the organization which was received by the legal management by identifying cases and meeting the related departments to collect all the supported documents in order the handle these cases to save the company’s right and run the business smoothly.
Manages all notifications that receives from MOJ (Ministry of justice) and any other government sectors related to the organization’s cases to ensure timely responses where required by checking, following, and scheduling all legal cases to ensure that all hearings are attended to protect the business legally.
Responsible for studying the final judgment that issued against the organization by analyzing and studying the judgment and sharing the result with the legal management to submit appeals in court in order to protect the rights of the company.
Responsible for the monthly legal report by managing and analyzing the data in the system, reviewing all legal cases and issues, and sharing the report with the legal management to show the impact of legal cases on the company and provide legal solid solutions for all related issues to protect the company’s right in all relations.
Responsible for leading all legal cases in the litigation system (Legend) by managing and tracking all the cases files through the litigation system to ensure the completeness of files and archive all cases in order to have documentation, explanation, and justification for both past and current actions.
Accountable to provide awareness sessions to the organization’s divisions, and departments by identifying those cases and providing these departments with recommendations in order to avoid any legal issues in the future.
Responsible to manage all legal consultations received by the legal management for any queries that are raised by divisions by studying and sharing legal advice with the legal management based on law and regulations to make sure the company is in the right position legally.
Accountable to manage the litigation report by analyzing the data and reviewing all legal cases and issues and sharing the report with the legal management to show the impact of the legal cases on the company and providing legal solutions for all related issues to protect the company’s rights in all relations.
Manage the Legal System (Legend), by developing, categorizing & monitoring all the legal cases to keep all files, updated, and reachable for legal department members to ease the process of extracting any file or needed information.
Manage all legal documentation, agendas, and reports, that are required by the legal management in order to provide all related documents on time to keep the company legally compliant with the regulations.
Manages the legal risk within the business by taking responsibility for analyzing the risk and sharing the legal impact with the legal management in order to provide legal advice to the business’s senior leadership by the legal management on all legal matters affecting their individual departmental transactions.
Lead complex legal projects, such as span legal, business, and functional boundaries to save the company’s rights.
Responsible for managing and studying the legal recommendations by extracting the lessons learned from legal cases and provide recommendations and advising to the related departments to save the company’s rights in all relations.
Managing the junior lawyer by supervising, mentoring, developing staff, coaching and managing staff performance, to foster a culture of professional development, and continual improvement and ensure that high-quality work is delivered and timeframes for legal advised and services are met.
Guide the senior supervisor employees in the litigation team by caching, and mentoring them in order to improve the team, department, and workplace performance.
Improve the senior supervisor soft, and technical skills by advising, and providing al the learning tools in order to increase the efficiency on the team and the Organization as well.
Help the employees who are in the execute level to set effective goals by identifying, clarifying and explaining the Organization and department goals in order to allocate their time in a way that promises in order to support them to get highest chance of achieving your goals.
Responsible of reviewing the Senior Supervisors’ performance in the department and recommends for the supervised employees for promotions in order support their career and opportunity in Nhadi.
Accountable of assigning the senior supervisor on some certain projects or tasks in an interdepartmental project in order to improve their skills and help them to be ready for the next steps.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree; master’s degree in law is preferred
