Execute various management tasks and maintain full backup / restore readiness at all times.

Capacity Planning & Documentation

Conduct long-term hardware / software upgrade planning; prepare annual capacity forecasts.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for all Unix / Linux infrastructure, backup procedures, and capacity plans.

Stay current with emerging technologies; recommend and implement upgrades when needed.

Respond rapidly to ad-hoc requests and incident tickets; produce solutions to resolve issues quickly.

Execute any additional tasks assigned by your manager, ensuring alignment with the job description.
