Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist with inventory control and notify supervisors of shortages.
  • Receive and store deliveries properly.
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
