Overview
The primary role involves prepping and maintaining a wide range of equipment within the group inventory across the department, as directed by the Department In charge or Operations Director. The goal is to ensure all events have the correct equipment delivered to the site within the scheduled time slots.

Skills and attributes required:
- Good understanding of the industry and previous experience within a warehouse environment.
- Good understanding of the company’s product range and procedures.
- Preparation of packing lists and other supporting documents for project logistics.
- Assisting the Operations Manager in keeping a record of equipment usage and maintenance logs.
- Ability to learn and retain information in a reasonable time frame.
- Conscientious with a good eye for detail.
- Capable of working to deadlines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with others.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- An understanding of stock control systems and basic IT skills.
- Methodical and keen to learn within the department, willing to keep others informed and updated.
- A good understanding of electrical safety at work, PAT testing, and safe working practices.
- Ability to cope well under pressure and adapt to changes in work schedule.
- Positive attitude towards extra duties and new challenges.

Responsibilities
- Prep and maintain a wide range of equipment in line with the company’s standards and procedures.
- Fulfill duties as directed by the Department In charge or Operations Director, maintaining a satisfactory pace with attention to detail.
- Ensure correct equipment entry onto the equipment rental software, WINHITS, including bar codes.
- Manage stock control system, liaising with the Service Department and updating service history where appropriate.
- Ensure faulty/damaged equipment is delivered to the Service Department for prompt repair.
- Inform the relevant Department In charge of any shortages or issues with equipment or consumables for upcoming orders.
- Ensure all equipment and flight case tour labels are marked correctly for specific jobs.
- Prepare and carry out portable appliance testing (PAT Testing), logging all information accurately.
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of fixtures within the department.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles safely, as directed by the Operations Director.
- Keep the warehouse tidy and orderly at all times.
- Assist with asset entry and barcode labeling of all new equipment received in the system.
- Participate in stock cycle counts with operational departments as scheduled.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fixtures and technology, undertaking training when necessary to ensure proper handling of equipment.
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and procedures.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks required by the company.
- Report any health and safety issues to the Operations Manager.
- Observe the company’s policies, rules, procedures, and obligations in all duties.
