Job description

To guard our guests' lives against drowning in the pool.

Continuous monitoring of the hotel pool and beach, and ensuring all hotel signage in these areas are up-to-date.

Hold a valid governmental lifeguard certification, and renew it as required.

Report any hazard situations to management during shifts.

Maintain knowledge of first aid procedures and how to handle drowning cases.

Be flexible to assist in different areas of the hotel and perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Operate a professional fitness program, including fitness testing, evaluations, program design, and instruction.

Be familiar with the hotel's health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the hotel.

Participate in activities organized to protect biological diversity, minimize environmental impact, and promote sustainable practices, including minimizing resource consumption.

Implement energy-saving measures and departmental training to reduce energy consumption.

Properly manage waste to reduce environmental pollution and harm.

Follow quality management and food safety systems at the facility.

Perform any other duties assigned by managers or hotel management that are not specified here.
