Job Description

1. Guard our guests' lives against drowning in the pool.
2. Monitor hotel pool and beach areas conscientiously and ensure all signage is up to date.
3. Hold a valid governmental lifeguard certificate and renew it as required.
4. Inform management to prepare reports for any hazard situations during shifts.
5. Have sufficient knowledge of first aid and procedures for drowning cases.
6. Be flexible in assisting across different hotel areas and perform any other tasks assigned by management.
7. Operate a professional fitness program, including testing, evaluations, program design, and instruction.
8. Be familiar with the hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies.
9. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
10. Participate in activities organized to protect biological diversity, reduce environmental impact, and promote sustainability, including minimizing resource consumption.
11. Implement safety warnings and departmental training to promote energy conservation and environmental responsibility.
12. Manage waste properly to reduce pollution and environmental harm.
13. Adhere to quality management and food safety systems at the facility.
14. Perform any other duties assigned by managers and hotel management.
