Dat to Day

Monitoring Pool Area: Keeping a constant watch over the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.

Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests to the pool, explaining available services and activities, and ensuring they are aware of the pool rules and regulations.

Safety and Rescue: Using appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in need and administering first aid when necessary.

Pool Maintenance: Checking and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool, including skimming the water, checking chemical levels, and ensuring the pool deck is tidy.

Equipment Management: Ensuring that pool equipment, such as sun loungers and umbrellas, are in good condition and properly set up.

Health and Safety Compliance: Regularly checking the temperature of the pool and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Guest Assistance: Providing swimming lessons or training upon request and assisting guests with any special needs or concerns.

Reporting Issues: Notifying supervisors of any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or guest issues that need attention.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

Bachelor s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration

Two to Three years prior tenure in a similar role

International luxury hotel chain background

GCC exposure

English Fluency is required

Arabic Fluency is preferred

Teamwork and Flexibility

In addition to the tasks outlined above, all team members are expected to demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative spirit. This may involve taking on additional responsibilities as needed, especially during periods of high occupancy or in emergency situations. Your willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the hotel is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
