A nonprofit agency is seeking a Licensed Shift Supervisor to manage crisis situations involving youth and families. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and relevant licensure, providing clinical leadership while coordinating responses to high-risk situations. SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Mobile Response Stabilization Program Manager, the Licensed Shift Supervisor will handle crisis calls from the 24/7 hotline, coordinating face-to-face (in person or via video conferencing) responses to high-risk crisis situations within an hour to assess youth and stabilize families. There is no productivity expectation, as crisis calls are managed by the community.
