We are seeking a dedicated Librarian to manage the school’s library resources effectively, support students and teachers with research and information needs, and promote literacy and lifelong learning. The ideal candidate will provide access to diverse learning materials, foster independent inquiry, and contribute to achieving the school’s educational mission.

• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher
• Previous work experience in libraries or information centers.
• Familiarity with library technologies and digital resources.
• Knowledge of collection management and cataloging.
• Experience in delivering information literacy instruction or workshops.
• Understanding of copyright and intellectual property issues.
• Commitment to child protection and safeguarding practices.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and catalog library resources, implement policies, track loans and returns, and maintain a calm, organized environment.
• Assist students in finding information, guide use of research tools, and recommend age-appropriate reading materials.
• Provide educational resources, support curriculum projects, and help prepare teaching materials with staff.
• Oversee digital resources like e-books and databases, support technology use, and implement new digital tools.
• Organize events (book fairs, reading programs), promote library services, manage budget, and attend school meetings.
