The Client

The Role

Responsibilities

Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a Legal Specialist position who will be working in Jubail having the following key responsibilities:

• Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of standard commercial agreements such as non-disclosure, service, and supply contracts.
• Perform legal research and analysis related to local laws and regulations relevant to ongoing business activities.
• Support corporate governance processes by drafting board documents, resolutions, and shareholder communications.
• Collaborate with senior team members on litigation matters by organizing case materials and gathering supporting evidence.
• Offer initial legal guidance to internal clients, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Help maintain a structured legal documentation and template system.
• Monitor the status of legal disputes and contribute to the upkeep of case management systems.
• Track legislative updates and provide concise legal briefs to inform internal stakeholders.
  
  

The Candidate

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

• holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related specialization
• having good understanding of and experience with Saudi laws and regulations including commercial, corporate, and industrial manufacturing
• having good understanding of and experience with Legal-related functions including contracts management, compliance, litigation, and mergers & acquisitions
• preference will be given for Saudi applicants
• willing to relocate to Jubail city
• having 3+ years of relevant experience in Legal, preferably in relevant industries
