We are looking for a Governance Board Secretariat (Legal Associate) for a Global Non-Profit Foundation based in Riyadh.
Location Riyadh, KSA
Salary 20,000 to 25,000 SAR/month + benefits
Other notes: Must be native Arabic and fluent English
Preferred Qualification:
4- 5 years of experience in a legal working environment, with multi-project experience.
Previous experience in international law firms in Saudi Arabia.
Solid experience in government-related legal matters.
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly in both languages.
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements and contracts.
Expertise in drafting and reviewing board and committee resolutions, as well as minutes of meetings.
Skilled in providing legal advice and conducting legal research.
Experience in reviewing and drafting policies and charters.
Proven track record in managing and handling legal projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Proactive and adaptable attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Strong PowerPoint skills for creating presentations and reports.
Hands-on, can-do attitude, and comfortable working in a start-up environment.
