Your Top Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in both English and Arabic, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, and employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documents such as board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and incorporation Paperwork.
• Monitor compliance deadlines (e.g., trade licenses, registrations, contract renewals) and ensure timely execution.
• Assist in company registration and incorporation processes in Saudi Arabia and potentially other regions where Maqsam operates.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations) to address legal matters and provide actionable solutions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant regulations, particularly those impacting SaaS and AI-powered technology companies.
• Help identify legal risks and propose practical solutions to support business growth.

We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• At least 1-2 years of full-time legal experience in a corporate or a law firm (excluding training/practice periods).
• Previous experience in corporate or commercial legal departments or law firms.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting and review in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, document preparation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of corporate, compliance, and employment laws in Saudi Arabia, with additional knowledge of legal frameworks across the MENA region considered an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal colleagues.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability in handling sensitive matters.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
