Candidate will assist the Legal Consultant with day-to-day activities as needed and support the corporate legal group, assisting with preparing materials for the legal consultant, assisting with corporate transactions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- General corporate matters including entity formation, entity dissolution, create organizational documents, including articles of incorporation or/and amendments, stock certificates and merger agreements.
- Renewing, maintaining, and updating company documents. Drafting, filing, and managing various business entity documents for the company and subsidiaries.
- Draft contracts, such as commercial, employment contracts and non-compete, NDA agreements. Assists in implementing changes to contracts to comply with legislation/regulations. Drafting legal contracts, correspondence, and other documents.
- Responsible for reviewing, tracking, and monitoring legislation that impacts the company s products and/or processes. Updating the Legal Consultant with timely analysis and summaries of new legislation/regulations affecting the business.
- Respond to requests for Information and provide the legal opinion.
- Responsible for support related to litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints.
- preparation for hearings and trials, follow up with the external lawyer office.
- facilitate business transactions and assist with managing and ensuring compliance of the company in general and other duties as assigned.
- Document management and tracking, assisting with paperwork needed by regulatory bodies.
- Create and distribute reports.
- Perform legal research and drafting as requested.
- Provide administrative support for the Legal Consultant.
- Assist the Legal Consultant with transaction closings and maintenance of corporate records.
- Successfully complete special projects and other assignments as requested.
- Assist with ethics and compliance programs.
- Provide support in organizing, maintaining, managing, and archiving files in a document management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal Consultant.

Experience and Qualifications:- Degree in Law.
- 2 years of work experience in the field trading and legislation as minimum
- Knowledge in real estate, construction, facility management field is an advantage.
- Courses / Sessions in contracts, commercial papers, and labor law, is preferred.
