A leading company is hiring for a Legal & Contracts Management position in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management and a strong understanding of KSA legal practices. This role requires excellent negotiation and drafting skills for various commercial contracts, including FIDIC and Public Procurement Law.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (including FIDIC, JV, public/private agreements)
Lead pre-contract, post-award, and claim management processes
Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards including trade laws, IP, and HSE
Identify and mitigate contractual risks and support bid/proposal stages
Work closely with sourcing, subcontracting, finance, and legal teams to ensure delivery excellence
Provide strategic legal insight across project execution and change management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Over 5 years of experience in in-house legal or contract management roles
Familiarity with KSA legal systems, Civil and Common law, and the Middle East legal environment
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Strong grasp of FIDIC contracts, Public Procurement Law, and Corporate Legal frameworks
Experience working with government or semi-government entities
Contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution expertise
Financial acumen (pricing models, cost assessments, risk evaluation)
Knowledge of international compliance (trade, export control, ESG policies)
