We’re Hiring: Legal & Contracts Management

One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Legal & Contracts Management to join their dynamic team in Jeddah. If you're passionate about sales, lead generation, and working with enterprise clients across diverse sectors—this could be your next big opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (including FIDIC, JV, public/private agreements)

Lead pre-contract, post-award, and claim management processes

Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards including trade laws, IP, and HSE

Identify and mitigate contractual risks and support bid/proposal stages

Work closely with sourcing, subcontracting, finance, and legal teams to ensure delivery excellence

Provide strategic legal insight across project execution and change management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Over 5 years of experience in in-house legal or contract management roles

Familiarity with KSA legal systems, Civil and Common law, and the Middle East legal environment

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Strong grasp of FIDIC contracts, Public Procurement Law, and Corporate Legal frameworks

Experience working with government or semi-government entities

Contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution expertise

Financial acumen (pricing models, cost assessments, risk evaluation)

Knowledge of international compliance (trade, export control, ESG policies)
