Job description

We have an urgent requirement for Leasing Manager (Mall/Retail) for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Leasing department by setting goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance, and resolving tenant conflicts.
• Develop and implement follow-up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a deal.
• Negotiate lease and sales terms which conform to the established criteria.
• Provide transaction-related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, calculating commissions, etc.) in the leasing and sale of buildings.
• Oversee the preparation of tenant applications, processing of lease documentation and gathering of various lease-tenant data.
• Manage relationships with outside brokers.
• Assist in developing marketing materials (including, but not limited to, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans, and maps) for space availabilities and properties for sale.
• Report to and update senior-level personnel on calling program status, clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns, and next steps.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Retail/Malls leasing.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field required.
• Knowledge of regional real estate market is a big plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
