Job Summary:

The Leasing and Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing and contract management activities within the company, including tenant relations, addressing leasing and contractual issues, preparing monthly budgets and performance reports, and developing and implementing the department's strategic plans. The role also involves marketing and leasing available annexes and facilities to achieve the company's commercial objectives and maximize asset returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing operations and contract administration for the company's facilities and sites.
• Supervise tenant affairs, handle complaints, and resolve lease- and contract-related issues.
• Develop and implement annual strategic plans for the Leasing and Contracts Department in alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare monthly budgets and regular performance reports on leasing revenues and departmental outcomes.
• Analyze tenant and contract performance and propose initiatives to enhance revenue and reduce risks.
• Market and lease available annexes and spaces to achieve the highest possible occupancy rates.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with new tenants, securing favorable terms for the company.
• Ensure the execution and compliance of lease agreements by tenants.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete all administrative and technical contract processes.
• Propose development plans to improve departmental performance and enhance tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of (5) years of experience in leasing and contracts management, preferably in real estate, commercial, or facility management sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent analytical skills in preparing budgets and financial reports.
• Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating teams to achieve targets.
• Proficient in computer applications and leasing/contract management systems.
• Ability to use the Ejar platform and manage electronic contracts effectively.
