Job description

We have an urgent requirement for Leasing Administration Manager - Mall for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Administrative support for activities related to the Leasing Department - Must

Maintaining Tenant Roaster records for all outlets - Must

Maintain files of documents related to respective outlets; Documents required for leasing activity - Must

Extend all support for leasing team in processing the lease agreements - Must

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for activities related to the Leasing Department.
  • Ensure that high-quality work is produced within established deadlines.
  • Maintain Tenant Roaster records for all outlets.
  • Maintain correspondence files of anchor tenants.
  • Maintain files of documents related to respective outlets; Documents required for leasing activity.
  • Extend all support for leasing team in processing the lease agreements.
  • Maintain lease agreement status in coordination with the Legal team.
  • Follow up on payment status.
  • Prepare AR reports, lease expiration reports, and other reporting functions as directed.
  • Prepare the renewal income statement and procure approval from respective authorities as directed. Share it with the leasing team for action.
  • Coordinate with the tenant fit-out coordinator on tenant shop drawings and fit-out schedule.
  • Ensure tenant shop fitness.
  • Administer the emails of leasing inquiries.
  • Arrange travel accommodations for company staff members and follow up to confirm arrangements in order to reduce conflicts.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree & Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Candidates should have good knowledge of English.
