We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Leasing Admin Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting leasing operations, streamlining administrative tasks, and providing excellent tenant service. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in property leasing administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review contracts and prepare initial notes before forwarding to the legal department.
  • Manage contracts on the Ejar platform.
  • Track critical dates such as renewals, evacuations, and contract expirations; generate reports and provide monthly updates.
  • Maintain records of all lease documents and relevant communications.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate with real estate managers.
  • Issue and receive official tenant correspondence, ensuring proper archiving.
  • Keep accurate records, review information, and consolidate reports.
  • Collect and verify documents submitted by clients.
  • Engage with clients to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Suggest marketing strategies to enhance leasing activities.
  • Follow up on tenant operational dates, including handovers and refurbishments, and prepare related documentation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in leasing administration or a similar role.
  • Experience with property management systems like Yardi or Oracle.
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in real estate administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with real estate databases is advantageous.
  • Basic analytical skills for reporting and financial review.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
