As the Learning and Development Specialist, you will leverage your training expertise and coaching skills to equip fresh graduates with essential workplace competencies, guiding their transition into the professional world. Passionate about talent development, you will create engaging learning experiences, foster a culture of continuous growth, and ensure graduates are prepared to contribute effectively to organisational success.

In this role, you will:

  1. Conduct engaging training sessions for fresh graduates, ensuring high participation and completion rates;
  2. Gather and analyse feedback from participants to measure satisfaction;
  3. Continuously improve training content based on feedback and performance data;
  4. Monitor and assess skill improvement post-training;
  5. Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance professional growth;
  6. Support graduate transition into roles, fostering long-term retention;
  7. Increase training participation rates annually;
  8. Track and report key metrics to measure training success. Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field;
  2. Certification in Training & Development, Coaching, or Instructional Design (preferred);
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Coaching;
  4. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for fresh graduates or early-career professionals;
  5. Experience in assessing training effectiveness and implementing improvements;
  6. Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred);
  7. Familiarity with the real estate industry, developers, or technology solutions is a plus;
  8. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management;
  9. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools;
  10. Up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and challenges;
  11. Understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles;
  12. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences;
  13. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;
  14. Skilled at creating and delivering training sessions tailored to diverse audiences;
  15. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to address client needs effectively;
  16. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  17. Competent in using technology, presentation tools, and analytics platforms;
  18. Data analytical mindset;
