Learning & Development Manager (Expat/Local)

Our client is a 5* very high end International Chain Resort, located in a stunning beachfront location, in Saudi Arabia.
Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

The resort is still in pre-opening phase.

Note that our client is one of the most reputable brands in the industry!

For this position, both Expats and Saudi Arabian Nationals are being considered.

Profile

1. High-end luxury hotel experience
2. Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation
3. Experience in the same position or similar role
4. Pre-opening experience is a plus
5. Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of leadership, and influence across levels
6. Executive presence, confidence, and engaging presentation style
7. Strong in coaching, development and performance feedback
8. Excellent English both oral and written
9. Ability to create suitable training material based on needs
10. Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
11. Strong teaching skills, presentation skills, public speaking skills, interpersonal skills
12. Energetic and great personality
13. Able to document standards of performance
14. Dynamic, inspiring, innovative, enthusiastic and self-motivated
15. Able to effectively facilitate both small and large groups
16. Able to prioritize
17. Able to maintain objectivity
18. Good team player
19. Highly customer and result oriented
20. Understanding multi-cultural organizations
21. Computer literate
