Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and enhance our training programs, and to play a key role in driving employee growth and reducing risks by aligning our learning initiatives with our HR and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess the technical and behavioral development needs within our organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of our training programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective learning strategies.
• Support management in solving training challenges, whether one-on-one or in group settings.
• Develop and execute training plans alongside the HR leadership team.
• Create engaging induction programs and develop in-house training materials.
• Advise managers on integrating learning, career development, and succession planning into their talent management practices.
• Generate reports on training performance and impact to support budgeting decisions.
• Stay updated on new workplace learning technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Confident in presenting to large audiences.
• Strong understanding of designing diverse training solutions, collaborating with third parties, managing budgets, and talent management.
• Ability to work well with a diverse team and individuals.
