The L&D Solutions Manager will be responsible for understanding corporate training needs, crafting high-quality proposals, and collaborating with the customer success team to implement effective training solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the training industry, strong business acumen, and fluency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Needs Analysis:
- Proactively manage leads to identify client training needs through in-depth consultations.
- Develop tailored L&D solutions that align with industry best practices and client requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create compelling training proposals.
- Proposal Development & Solution Design:
- Create high-quality training proposals, including program design, methodology, learning outcomes, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct cost analysis and pricing evaluations to ensure competitive and financially viable solutions.
- Refine solutions based on client feedback and market trends in collaboration with internal teams.
- Implementation & Collaboration with Customer Success:
- Partner with the customer success team for seamless onboarding and execution of training programs.
- Monitor program effectiveness, gather client feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning impact.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on trends in corporate training, adult learning methodologies, and AI-driven learning technologies.
- Continuously improve training solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Act as a thought leader in the L&D space, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the company.
Skills
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the training industry with a strong understanding of corporate learning solutions.
- Proven track record in developing business and client-facing training solutions and managing client relationships.
- Strong expertise in proposal writing, pricing strategy, and solution implementation.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Background in L&D, instructional design, or business consulting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
