Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead training and development across our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing programs, and ensuring continuous growth and performance excellence across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps
  • Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals
  • Design training programs, manuals, SOPs, and onboarding plans
  • Lead workshops and coaching sessions for frontline and leadership staff, Support function, Career C level employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and KPIs
  • Support succession planning and career development paths
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads for consistent implementation
  • Track and report training metrics and feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of L&D experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B
  • Proven expertise in training needs analysis and program design
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and training platforms (LMS, PowerPoint, etc.)
