Learning and Development (L&D) Manager Salla

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning programs aligned with our business goals and talent development initiatives. As the L&D Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop strategic learning initiatives, and promote continuous employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of learning and development strategies supporting organizational objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to assess training needs and develop appropriate training plans.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and courses for employees at all levels.
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
