Job Summary:

The Lean Manager (Construction) implements Lean Construction principles and continuous improvement initiatives for our project under the Green Riyadh Program. Responsible for enhancing workflow efficiency, value delivery, waste elimination, and ensuring quality management in line with client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean Construction practices.

• Integrate Lean tools into processes.

• Facilitate improvement workshops.

• Identify and propose process improvements.

• Monitor performance indicators.

• Promote Lean culture with contractor teams.

• Provide Lean training and coaching.

• Prepare reports on Lean progress.

Competency Requirements:

• Familiarity with client protocols and KSA regulations.

• Ability to lead cultural change towards Lean mindset.

• Align Lean goals with key deliverables.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in project management or construction supervision.

• 5 years in Lean Construction on large-scale projects.

• Knowledge of Last Planner System and continuous improvement practices.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Linguistic Skills:

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), excellent communication skills.
