Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering for substation and transmission line EPC projects.
• Candidates with prior experience in the Saudi Arabian high-voltage EPC market will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in response to client RFPs.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering to compile competitive bids.
• Ensure proposals are in line with client requirements and technical specs.
