Responsibilities:
- Develop Technical Course Materials:
- Design comprehensive, task-oriented training workshops to equip early and mid-career professionals with the skills required for core job functions.
- Facilitate Technical Courses:
- Deliver high-impact, in-person and virtual sessions that transfer knowledge and best practices across career levels.
- Curriculum Development:
- Create structured learning paths tailored to job families, supporting career progression from entry-level to advanced competency.
- Mentorship and Coaching:
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding individuals and teams toward technical and operational excellence.
- Ensure Training Effectiveness:
- Continuously enhance training programs by integrating feedback, industry advancements, and real-world operational scenarios.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (as applicable)
- Minimum 15 years of industry experience in oil & gas downstream refining and/or gas operations
- Proven track record in technical training development and delivery
- Strong background in curriculum design, facilitation, and mentorship
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex engineering tasks into practical training programs
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and industry best practices
