Job description

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for various activities and responsibilities in execution, development, strategic planning, and providing inputs and recommendations regarding the B2B Managed Services portfolio. This includes products and services owned by both the B2B Business Unit and B2B subsidiaries. The role requires continuous collaboration with other teams to ensure the B2B Managed Services portfolio is in optimal form. The role holder shall perform duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute the STC B2B Managed Services portfolio, covering products and services owned by both the B2B Business Unit and B2B subsidiaries.
2. Develop broad strategic guidelines and directions for the B2B Managed Services portfolio, aligned with the STC Group strategy, product and solutions planning inputs, and subsidiary inputs.
3. Communicate and socialize the Managed Services portfolio strategic guidelines across relevant product owners in subsidiaries and the B2B Business Unit.
4. Create the annual B2B Managed Services portfolio roadmap, consolidating roadmaps and products from subsidiaries and the B2B Business Unit (whether developed in-house or with third-party partners).
5. Manage the services development lifecycle, including regular reviews of the product development pipeline to ensure timely launches as per guidelines and checklists.
6. Ensure that each subsidiary’s roadmap aligns with its portfolio boundaries and strategic mandate.
7. Provide input to subsidiaries on product concepts for inclusion in the annual roadmaps, based on market trends and customer requirements.
8. Manage the overall Managed Services portfolio through regular performance reviews with product managers and relevant stakeholders from sales, operations, and other departments.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry or a similar large-scale consumer service industry is preferred.
• Experience within KSA is preferred.
