We are seeking a Saudi national with expertise in government procedures and construction equipment industry resources to manage customs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.

Position Title: Change Management - Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up and update about customer requirements & needs.
2. Increase the customer list by successfully building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
3. Prepare papers, briefings, and reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
4. Lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets for crane and transport services, focusing on strategic client acquisition (oil & gas, construction).

Qualifications:

1. Having sales experience in the field of Catering/Manpower Services is a MUST!
2. 8-20 Years of Experience.
3. Strong communication skills.

Compensation: $7,000 - $8,000
