Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead electrical maintenance engineer activities, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  2. Supervise team members to achieve targets and objectives.
  3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental procedures.
  4. Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions to enhance plant reliability.
  5. Manage documentation and cost control for maintenance activities.
  6. Lead all electrical maintenance activities in high and medium voltage systems, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, scheduled outages, planning for shutdowns, and overhauling work activities; organizing maintenance, troubleshooting and modification of all HV systems (SCADA, PMS, PSA, Protection, Power Transformers, Switchgears, GCBs, IPB, etc.) in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and machinery reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  1. Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
  2. 12-15 years of maintenance experience in power systems and HV substations.
  3. Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  4. Proficiency in maintenance software, preferably SAP.
  5. Experience in refining, chemical, and petrochemical equipment.
