Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in relevant fields and proficiency in essential engineering tools and documentation processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with industrial standards while managing design and safety during project execution in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:
• Must have detailed knowledge in Modular Equipment such as Chemical Injection, Oil and Gas, Metering & other various process packages.
• Detail engineering design of field and control room instrumentation
• Instrumentation standards such as IEC, API RP 500, CENELEC standards, ASME, NACE & ANSI, GOST, SNIP and ROK.
• Familiar with Shell DEP, Saudi Aramco - SAMSS ADMA FS; GASCO FS, TAKREER FS and NCOC FS
• Engineering, Testing and commisioning of DCS, ESD, HIPS, WSD etc. Experience in control system engineering and logic development of controllers with PLC systems, DCS Systems, SCADA systems.
• Experience in switch racks/ mounted racks, lighting panels, fixtures, power and distribution panels cable tray/ trench routing etc.
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL studies workshops and safety system life-cycles.
• Ensure piping and instrumentation designs (P&IDs) are technically correct and meeting industry and project standards
• Experience in preparing in Engineering documents like instrument index sheet, instrument specification/ data sheet, instrument loop diagram, instrument IO list, system architecture, cable schedule, JB schedule, control system, specifications
• Ensure the design is operable, maintainable and safe according to the Applicable Local Laws and Client Saftey Standards and Meets Time Schedule.
• Manage and coordinate with the client personnel, the progress of the engineering work in accordance with the project scope, schedule and procedures
• Review shop/ manufacturing drawings to ensure conformity with engineering designs.
• Review inter-discipline drawings/documents and vendor data to ensure conformity with engineering designs and system control & automation design criteria
• Interface with other discipline & client engineers to ensure that the technical and physical interfaces between control and automation and other disciplines.
• Assist in installation , commissioning and troubleshooting at site as required.
• Involve in IFAT, FAT and SAT to identify the area of improvement, apply the new packages to reduce punch lists
• Design & Preparation of cable schedule, cable tray/ trench layouts
• Design & Preparation of Lighting layouts
• Design & Preparation of Electrical Equipment layouts
• Preparation of Cable Schedule, SLD's and Route Index.
Qualification:
• Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
• Certificate of courses on AutoCAD, PDMS, SP3D etc.
• Age must be less than 50 years of age
Years of Expertise:
• Minimum of 10 years working experience from reputed engineering consultant organizations or preferably at shop/ field manufacturing facilities, in the design of various Oil & Gas Skids, Metering Skids and modular units.
Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, ORACLE-Based ERP system exposure, 3D Modelling
• Excellent Communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and or Arabic
