Job summary

A leading maritime company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Superintendent, E&I Onboard. This role is responsible for managing all E&I related operations on rigs and vessels, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of work. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 9 years of relevant experience in shipyard or offshore environments. You will lead E&I teams and oversee troubleshooting and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in shipyard/ship repair/Offshore.
• Strong understanding of E&I works on vessels and rigs.
• Experience leading repair teams and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all E&I related operations onboard and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.
• Develop and communicate project/production plans.
• Lead E&I repair teams and perform troubleshooting during onboard testing.
• Monitor manhours against commercial estimations.
