Job Purpose:

To lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions aligned with business goals and digital transformation strategies. This role involves managing multiple digital product initiatives from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs, deliver business value, and adhere to industry best practices.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and analyze requirements.
2. Contribute to developing digital transformation strategies, high-level solution designs, and optimal user experiences.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
4. Monitor product performance after deployment and implement ongoing improvements based on user feedback and market trends.
5. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and support end-users through training and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, Technology Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
