Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn it into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations, etc.) that can help improve business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Managing the technical scope of projects in line with requirements at all stages.
• Gathering information from various sources (data warehouses, databases, data integration, and modeling) and interpreting patterns and trends.
• Developing record management processes and policies.
• Building and maintaining relationships at all levels within the client base and understanding their requirements.
• Providing sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients.
• Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
• Setting up and maintaining automated data processes.
• Evaluating and implementing external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
• Producing and tracking key performance indicators.
• Analyzing data sets and providing relevant information.
• Liaising with internal and external clients to understand data content.
• Designing and conducting surveys and analyzing survey data as per customer requirements.
• Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets related to business and preparing reports using analytics tools.
• Creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and benchmarking.
• Mingling and analyzing large datasets, drawing inferences, and presenting findings to management.
• Developing predictive models and sharing insights with clients.

Performance Metrics

Analyzing data sets and providing relevant information to clients, measured by automation completed, on-time delivery, CSAT score, zero customer escalations, and data accuracy.

Mandatory Skills

OBIEE. Experience: 8-10 years.
