Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking an Experienced Expert Certification & Qualification Engineer to join the Engineering & Operations team in Saudi Arabia. The role covers certification, qualification, testing, and validation to ensure systems meet quality and deployment standards.

You will work with internal teams and external entities to drive certification activities from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT and 6–8+ years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or IT.
• 6–8+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in testing, validation, certification, and integration.
• Strong risk assessment, vendor management, and systems planning skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PoC and FoK activities with defined objectives and test sites.
• Review V&V plans, test plans and outcomes for components.
• Assess test evidence and conformity docs for certification readiness.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineering and certification entities.
• Analyze testing risks and defects to propose mitigations.
• Provide go/hold recommendations based on outcomes and compliance.
• Review SIT, PoP, and release-readiness results before deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and OEMs to deliver certification activities.
