Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, review, and coordination of architectural interior and fit-out design packages within a PMC framework.
- Ensure all designs meet client vision, regulatory codes, and project specifications while aligning with PMC execution strategies.
- Oversee interface coordination between architecture, interior design, MEP, and structural disciplines to resolve design conflicts and execution risks.
- Conduct thorough review of shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements for compliance and constructability.
- Provide oversight and support to contractors and consultants during all project phases — from design through construction and handover.
- Lead architectural input during design reviews, value engineering, technical workshops, and procurement evaluations.
- Represent the client/PMC team in stakeholder meetings, contractor coordination, and site inspections to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Supervise fit-out work execution on site, monitoring quality, safety, and adherence to contractual and design requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments for PMC project management leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in architectural engineering, including 10+ years in interior and fit-out works within PMC or EPCM environments.
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale hospitality, cultural, religious, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of local and international codes (IBC, NFPA, ADA, SBC, etc.) and fit-out standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM platforms, and other architectural design tools.
- Experience working on giga projects or government-driven programs in the Middle East is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
