We are currently seeking an experienced 3D Systems Administrator to join the Technip Energies team on an exciting career opportunity!

Our client has tasked us with providing experienced professionals to work on a 30 hectare reuse project off the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia in the Berri oilfield.

This is an opportunity for US or Canadian nationals and is an expatriate assignment in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will need to have a passport and qualify for a Saudi work visa.

Job Summary :

3D Administrator – Minimum of seven (7) years of 3D administration experience. Candidate must have a degree in IT or another engineering discipline.

Responsibilities include:

• Configuration, administration, and customization of Aveva PDMS, Aveva E3D, Hexagon Smart 3D, Planstream, and Revit.
• Definition of the IT infrastructure (network, servers, databases) for implementation by the IT organization, in collaboration with the Systems Support team.
• Initial configuration of the applications: user access, catalogs, standard configurations (drawings, reports).
• Implementation and ensuring proper functioning of replication between centers.
• Development of advanced customizations as requested (PML, VB .Net).
• Management of 3D review file generation.
• Maintaining operational conditions in collaboration with IT and Systems Support.
• Managing Autodesk BIM 360.

Level of Operation :

• Support users in case of application issues.
• Validate and optimize processes, action plans, and instructions related to the systems.
• Identify and recommend system improvements.
• Plan and manage system interventions and changes.
• Diagnose and resolve system problems.
• Operate, administer, and configure systems.
• Analyze system indicators.
• Enforce standards and procedures.
• Assist operational and functional managers during negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, partners, or customers.

About the job :

The 3D Administrator should have at least 7 years of postgraduate experience in the relevant discipline, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry on relevant projects, demonstrating the ability to operate at this level.

Must have :

• Minimum 7 years in the stated discipline.
• Experience with Revit.
• Experience with Aveva.
• Experience in offshore projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to have :

• Experience working for Technip Energies.
• Experience as PMC.
• Experience in KSA or the Middle East with renowned clients.
