Job Purpose

Responsible for all internal warehouse activities, including stock verification, receiving, control, and job allocation to laborers (helpers) to maximize productivity. Coordinate with the Storekeeper for stock allocation to ensure smooth order preparation and invoicing processes.

Principal Accountabilities
  1. Take over the shift from the previous team, reviewing pending tasks.
  2. Ensure proper offloading/loading by accurately filling out checklists and reporting to Storekeepers.
  3. Allocate jobs to laborers effectively.
  4. Monitor stock during loading, report irregularities such as wrong stickers, missing or excess cases, and empty pallets.
  5. Conduct daily physical inventory counts and report findings to the storekeeper.
  6. Follow hygiene protocols and ensure all checklist points are covered.
  7. Coordinate with forklift operators to reorganize storage and facilitate FEFO procedures.
  8. Handover the shift with completed tasks and any special instructions to the next team.
  9. Ensure all warehouse equipment is well-maintained and properly used, with maintenance records kept.
  10. Participate in and support the continuous improvement of the EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with legislations, PepsiCo standards, and risk controls to achieve EHS targets.
Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in FMCG or labor-intensive organizations. A high school certificate is required. The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of initiating corrective actions, possess effective communication skills, and be able to manage labor across multiple functions. Flexibility in problem-solving, broad planning skills, and cross-functional understanding are essential.
