Job description

We are hiring for Laundry Manager for leading Commercial Laundry in KSA


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and dispatch.
  • Supervise and schedule staff including laundry workers, operators, and technicians.
  • Ensure quality control and proper handling of different types of fabrics and garments.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the facility.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for servicing or repair.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Track daily production, inventory, and chemical usage.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and monitor operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards.

Required Skills :

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a commercial or industrial laundry facility.
  • Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in managing laundry workflow, machinery, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards in laundry operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior work experience in GCC countries, especially KSA.
  • Familiarity with hospitality or hospital laundry standards and handling.
  • Technical knowledge in laundry equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
  • Experience using laundry tracking software or ERP systems

Salary : attractive salary + Bonus+ OT
