• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and review landscape shop drawings and construction documents.

-Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.

-Provide detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs.

-Must have experience in Pricing and tendering.

-Ensure all technical submittals align with project specifications and standards.

-Restoring company in many platforms to receive rfq.

-Have full knowledge to work with all tendering platform is a must.

-Support in material selection and procurement processes.

-Assist with project planning, documentation, and reporting.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and landscape design software.

-Strong knowledge of landscape materials, methods, and project execution.

-Excellent communication and coordination skills.

-Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
