Job Summary
Under the guidance and supervision of the Group HR Organizational Development Manager, and within established company policies and procedures, assist the Group HR Organizational Development team.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of employees across the group.
- Assist the Direct Manager in managing organizational development (OD) strategies and processes.
- Supervise a team of personnel within a business unit, each performing similar or interrelated tasks.
Job Responsibilities 2
- Conduct needs assessments for training and staff development to improve employee performance aligned with company goals.
- Develop HR functions and relevant processes; recommend and implement best practices and initiatives.
- Incorporate lessons learned and best practices into program planning.
- Provide consultative services to employees at all levels regarding policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management; guide managers and staff on problem-solving, dispute resolution, compliance, and litigation avoidance.
- Support strategy development, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
- Assist in planning and maintaining labor relations, employee relations, EEO, diversity, and compensation programs.
- Advise management and employees on EEO issues and charges.
- Design and develop HR training programs for management and staff.
- Create learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments of employee performance and accomplishments.
- Train employees on HR topics and present course materials.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify measures for enhancing employee and organizational performance.

Job Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations to analyze personnel policies.
- Ability to make persuasive presentations and provide clear instructions.
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required for success in this role.
Job Experience
Total 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role, including 2 years in the GCC region.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
