Job Summary

Under the guidance of the Group HR Organizational Development Manager, and within company policies, assist with organizational development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities 1

  1. Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of employee development programs.
  2. Assist the Direct Manager in managing organizational development strategies and processes.
  3. Supervise personnel within a business unit performing related tasks.

Job Responsibilities 2

  1. Assess training needs to improve employee performance.
  2. Develop HR functions and recommend best practices.
  3. Incorporate lessons learned into program plans.
  4. Provide consultative services on policies and procedures.
  5. Facilitate communication between employees and management.
  6. Guide managers and employees on problem solving and compliance.
  7. Support strategy development and employee relations efforts.
  8. Assist with labor and employee relations, EEO, diversity, and compensation programs.
  9. Consult on EEO issues and charges.
  10. Design and develop HR training programs and materials.
  11. Evaluate training effectiveness.
  12. Train employees on HR issues and practices.
  13. Consult on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to make persuasive presentations and instruct others.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
