Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Architect - Inspector to join our award-winning team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for undertaking inspections on site in accordance with the landscape-related Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to take on leadership responsibilities and make an impact on major infrastructure developments in the region.

  • Attending to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
  • Reporting any works carried out by the contractor that do not conform to approved drawings and specifications, and reporting to stakeholders for appropriate action.
  • Monitoring the quality of landscape works.
  • Maintaining records of daily activities on site, including progress photos, and ensuring they are readily available for inspection as required.
  • Preparing surveillance reports for deficiencies of work found on site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if required.
  • Checking and ensuring effective coordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.
  • Providing technical input and experience to resolve any discipline-related issues on site that may arise.
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, your career journey to date will include over 8 years of work experience, partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, with a strong background in Agriculture and Horticulture.

Experience working on Golf course projects is essential.
